About the event
UPDATE:
Dear Homeschool Community Members,
I hope this message finds you well. After much thought and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to postpone October's zip lining field trip. Our hearts are heavy as we reflect on the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene in our home state, and we believe it’s important to come together as a community to support those affected during this challenging time.
We will update our website soon with details about rescheduling the zip lining event for January, so please stay tuned for more information. In the meantime, if you feel compelled to help from a distance, we encourage you to consider donating to Mercy Chefs. They provide meals for hurricane victims and volunteers in North Carolina, and you can contribute by visiting mercychefs.com. Every little bit helps, and together we can make a difference for those in need.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to invite you to our next event in November—a slumber and pizza party at Great Wolf Lodge in Naples! It will be a wonderful opportunity for us to gather, show gratitude, and enjoy each other's company. Additionally, we’re working on organizing a pumpkin patch or corn maze outing before Halloween, so keep an eye out for that announcement in our Facebook Group or emails.
Thank you all for your understanding and compassion during this difficult time. We can’t wait to see you all again soon and share in the joy of our community together!
