April: Aquarium Sleepover at Sea World

This is a rare and exciting two day opportunity! You are invited to experience an exciting night of exploration, discovery, wonder, and education on a SeaWorld Orlando sleepover. Led by a team of animal experts, our group will dive right into adventure as we tour SeaWorld’s animal habitats after hours. 

We will spend the evening (and following morning) experiencing immersive animal habitats that showcase animals from around the world, participating in interactive activities that reinforce key learning objects, and speaking directly with an Animal Care Specialist to learn more about how they care for their animals.  Sleepover activities and schedules are subject to change due to weather, animal needs, park operational impacts, or various other unforeseen circumstances without notice. 

DATE: April 4th - 5th, 2025

AGE REQUIREMENTS: This event is designed for students who are ages 7 and up. Children ages 6 and under are not permitted to join as a participant or stay overnight as per venue policy to ensure everyone has a joyful experience. This includes siblings ages 6 and under, please ensure you have someone to care for them so you may participate as they will not be able to join - I'm sorry guys!

COST: $131 per person

• The group leader and those wishing to volunteer as a chaperone will receive complimentary tickets. If you wish to volunteer, please indicate this on the sign up form when asked if you'd like to volunteer. There is no guarantee you'll be selected, but we'll notify those selected in February.

• Payment form accepted: Debit and/or Credit Cards. Please note that we use a third party called Zeffy which is backed by their security and processing policies. We will ONLY accept Zeffy for group bookings, no exceptions. Since this is a free non-profit group, we do not cover taxes and/or processing fees for any bookings or tickets sold.

• Sea World does not accept cash. We recommend bringing your wallet in case you decide to purchase additional items while inside the park or gift shops (also optional).

STEP UP SCHOLARSHIP AND GRANTS:

Many of you have asked if our field trips and/or events are eligible for reimbursements. While some group members were able to receive refunds for select trips and events, we cannot make any guarantees. Please contact Step Up directly for eligibility questions as each field trip or event is on a case by case basis. If you need a formal invoice statement to use for your scholarship or grant, please email us directly once you've purchased your tickets. These are generated manually after tickets are purchased and sent out once the trip is complete. (So far, children have received refunds with SUFS program.)
