2025 Aquarium Sleepover at Sea World

This is a rare and exciting opportunity! You are invited to experience an exciting night of exploration, discovery, wonder, and education on a SeaWorld Orlando sleepover. Led a team of animal experts, our group will dive right into adventure as we tour SeaWorld’s animal habitats after hours. 

We will spend the evening (and following morning) experiencing immersive animal habitats that showcase animals from around the world, participating in interactive activities that reinforce key learning objects, and speaking directly with an Animal Care Specialist to learn more about how they care for their animals.  Sleepover activities and schedules are subject to change due to weather, animal needs, park operational impacts, or various other unforeseen circumstances without notice.

HOW TO REGISTER AND JOIN IN ON THE FUN:

Members must register (RSVP) for an accurate headcount. A release and waiver form is mandatory for group participation. Please review our FAQs page by clicking HERE to learn more about waiver requirements and refund policies. You will receive additional details and a link to purchase tickets once your submission has been processed and tickets are made available for purchase.

NOTE: Please RSVP or Sign Up if you wish to receive notifications about this future event. It will fill up quick and those who sign up will be the first to know. We'll update you come December once SeaWorld releases the new dates and prices.

COST:

• We are still negotiating prices with the venue so it is subject to change once a date is set in stone.
• You can expect to spend approximately $100 to $125 per participant. SeaWorld won't announce the official price until December of 2024 so price is subject to change. You will NOT be billed for this when signing up. Fees are not due until 2025, (we'll notify you once a due date has been selected). 
• The group leader and those wishing to volunteer as a chaperone will receive complimentary tickets. If you wish to volunteer, please indicate this on the sign up form when asked if you'd like to volunteer. There is no guarantee you'll be selected, but we'll notify those selected at time of payment.
• Payment form accepted: Debit and/or Credit Cards. Please note that we use a third party called Zeffy which is backed by their security and processing policies. We will ONLY accept Zeffy for group bookings effective 2024, no exceptions. Since this is a free non-profit group, we do not cover taxes and/or processing fees for any bookings or tickets sold.
• Sea World does not accept cash. We recommend bringing your wallet in case you decide to purchase additional items while inside the park or gift shops (also optional). 

AGE REQUIREMENTS:

This event is designed for students who are in 2nd through 12th grade or at least the age of 7 and older. Children ages 6 and under are not permitted to join as a participant or stay overnight as per venue policy. If you have children or they have siblings ages 6 and under, please ensure you have someone to care for them so you may participate as they will not be able to come - I'm sorry guys :(

DONATIONS:

There is an option to donate when purchasing your tickets. Please know that any monetary contributions received always go towards the group and are completely optional. We use those funds to buy extra goodies for the kids as a small surprise and/or to cover any additional fees or charges that may arise to avoid any single group member or group leader having to pay for things out of their pocket. Any donations or tips collected are optional but greatly appreciated!! Your kindness is greatly valued as that's what makes this group possible. ♥️

STEP UP SCHOLARSHIP AND GRANTS:

Many of you have asked if this is eligible. Please contact Step Up directly for eligibility questions as we're truthfully not sure, but we don't see why it wouldn't be approved. If you need a formal invoice statement to use for your scholarship or grant, please email us directly once you've purchased your tickets. These are generated manually after tickets are purchased and sent out once the trip is complete.
